Technical Specifications
This brief outline of technical specifications for exhibitors has been culled from the comprehensive Exhibitor Application Form. It includes conditions for participation, prices and conditions, technical specifications and a stand rental contract form. You may download a full copy from the Download Area.
Permitted heights of stands:
- Hall 1 Side stands 4m. Other stands 6m.
- Hall 2 6m (Stands 2-114, 2-118, 2-122,2-126, 2-138, 2-144, 2-150 are limited to 3m).
- Hall 3 6m (Stands 3-110, 3-112, 3-419, 3-421,3-425, 3-427, 3-431 are limited to 3m).
- Hall 4 3.5m.
- Hall 5 Side stands 4m. Other stands 6m.
- Hall 6 Side stands 4m. Other stands 6m.
- Hall 7 6m.
- Hall 8 6m.
- Hall 9 6m.
- Hall 10 6m.
Stand design approval:
Stand projects must be submitted for approval, showing measurements, scale and portrayed in 3D.
Audio-visual presentations:
Audio-visual presentations should be submitted to HIF A.S. for approval.
If loudspeakers are part of a presentation within the stand area, loudspeakers should face the stand area. A maximum of 85 dB at a distance of 1 meter from the stand is permitted. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in electricity supply being denied.
Visual presentations should not extend beyond the confines of the stand area.
Construction materials
Construction materials must be pre-fabricated (cut, painted, and tailored in the workshop) and ready for construction by the time they arrive at the exhibition center for installation (from 09:00, 26th September 2007 to 20:00 29st September 2007). The exhibition area cannot be used as a workshop.
