The Smart Appointment System is designed to help you make the best possible use of your time at the show. Managing your appointments has never before been this easy and efficient!

By lining up all your important meetings beforehand, your agenda is sure to be met in full, thus giving you maximum returns on your tradeshow investment.

Visitor-Exhibitor Meeting Program

A new intelligent system that allows professional visitors to obtain automatic appointments from exhibitors in Eurasia's largest ICT platform has been established.

Using a "matching" system, visitors can make appointments with exhibitors, free of charge, specializing in IT areas of interest to the visitor.

How it works?

You will choose the code number of the particular IT area that you are interested in.
Write the Category Code, the code (1, 2, 3, and 4) indicating the time that you are available on Thursay(1), Friday(2), Saturday(3) or Sunday(4), your name, surname and company name (leave a blank space between each entry)
Send the text message to 0 532 752 33 00. The service will be charged at the equivalent of one SMS for all operators
Your appointment request and contact details will be forwarded to the applicable CeBIT Bilisim Eurasia exhibitor.
A representative of the company will notify you of a suitable appointment via SMS

What exhibitors should do

In order to arrange your meetings better with visitors who send you SMS or request by internet looking for information and to participate more effectively in the fair, please answer request which arrives via this system as quickly as possible.

What you need to do, STEP BY STEP:

The page which can be accessed at the web by the link indicated in the eMail, that will be sent to you, contains your fair programme. Please check the information that you receive by email according to your programme and indicate the times that you assign for meetings with visitors on your programme.
If a visitor has obtained an appointment with another company before you, the programme on your web page will consist of a more limited area. Thus you should take care to fill the active areas in the programme.
After you have entered and approved a meeting, this information will be provided to your visitor via SMS.
