The exhibition organizer's address or fairground address by any means cannot be designated as the recipient exhibition goods and stand materials Unless the Exhibitor designates their own local branches or representatives, the freight-forwarding agency must be designated as the recipient of the goods and materials during the customs clearance. Therefore it is necessary to choose a freight-forwarding agency with an inbound agent in Turkey.
