Another promising novelty introduced by CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia 2010 is the matchmaking activities to be carried out together with b2fair company, which conducts such matchmaking activities in international fairs. In a special area at the fair grounds, purchasing manager and decision makers will be brought together with the exhibitors so that they can have face to face meetings.

As an exhibiting company at CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia, your participation in the b2fair Matchmaking Event amounts to 100,00.- EUR (VAT excluded).

As a visiting company at CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia, your participation in the b2fair Matchmaking Event amounts to 175,00.- EUR (VAT excluded).

A supplementary inscription fee of 50,00 EUR (VAT excluded) per person will be asked if your company wants to attend the matchmaking event with two or more representatives.

This inscription fee includes the following services :

free entrance to the CeBIT Bilişim Eurasia trade fair at Tüyap;

handover of a complete information package as well as of your personalised appointment schedule upon arrival;

quality check of your cooperation profile & publication in the online catalogue of the event;

arrangement in advance of your individual meeting requests with potential companies registered on the basis of your specific concerns and interests;

regular update of your appointment schedule throughout the whole event;

limited interpretation service if needed (Turkish English only);

professional assistance & advice service of the b2fair Coordination Unit before, during and after the event;

Bus shuttles between the different hotels in Istanbul and the fairground (for registered visiting companies only);

assistance in your travel arrangements (hotel booking...)
